Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returned orders will be processed within 1-3 business days

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-9:00PM (CST).

Return orders submitted after 9:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day and orders submitted after 9:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

No return orders will be processed on weekends.

Returns can be made within 14 natural days

Disraincoat.com supports no-excuse returns within 14 natural days.

If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Criteria

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:

Returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 natural days of signing for the disposable raincoat.

Returned disposable raincoats must be in their original, intact condition with all original packaging, accessories and tags attached.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

Requesting a return

Returns process

If you decide to return your product within 14 natural days of the return expiration date, you can follow the process below:

Pack the disposable raincoat: Please pack the disposable raincoat in its original packaging, including accessories and freebies received.

Send the disposable raincoat to 8576 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, Arkansas.
Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and the courier receipt number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return a disposable raincoat due to a quality or shipping issue (e.g. receiving a disposable raincoat with holes in it), shipping costs will be covered by Disraincoat.com.

If you choose to return a disposable raincoat because the customer personally does not like the disposable raincoat received (color or style), or if the photo is incorrect, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned disposable raincoat arrives at Disraincoat.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be returned within 1-2 business days

If you have not received your refund after 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

We do not charge for the second listing.
